We do our best to ensure that product images displayed on this site match the products being shipped to our customers. From time to time, product colours or packages may vary from the images provided. We do our best to ensure that prices on our site are correct and up to date. Occasionally, we may refuse to process an order due to pricing errors. In the event of a pricing error, the user will be notified promptly, and alternate arrangements for the order will be made. Flow of goods into and out of our warehouse may experience unforeseen disruptions for any reason, at any time, that is beyond our control. If your order is delayed, you will be notified.
Sales tax will be collected on all orders, according to applicable rates in the user’s geographical area. Coupons and discount codes must be used at the time of purchase, and cannot be applied to an order that has already been paid or fulfilled. Only one coupon may be used per order. Coupons and discount codes acquired from sites other than Canadian Pet Connection, for example those from coupon-farming sites, are not valid and cannot be used on CanadianPetConnection.ca. Canadian Pet Connection reserves the right to reject any order, regardless of payment status, if it is deemed that the order cannot be appropriately fulfilled for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to falsified contact information or payment information being used to complete the order, or products that have been discontinued or are not currently available. At any time, Canadian Pet Connection reserves the right to terminate a user’s account. CanadianPetConnection.ca is available for personal use, and may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
