Our pug has a lot of food allergies. He can’t eat most animal protein (chicken, pork and beef being the big ones). He also has a good amount of tummy issues with lots foods. In the past we have had salmon based dry food, but he didn’t love it, so it was hard to get him to eat regularly with it. Last two years, we have made homemade food based with rice, beans and a number of other ingredients. I stumbled on this food as i always look for something better. We gave it a try and not only does he love it (loved it so much he was able to go from wet food to dry, which was impossible with previous pets), but it does wonders for his health. No stomach issues, no allergy issues. He’s almost 11 and in fantastic shape and health. This has been a real life saver and a huge time saver for us, as we no longer have to make homemade food. Couldn’t recommend this enough.

I decided to try this because it was on a list of the ten best vegetation dry dog foods, and was reasonably priced. My 12 year old cairn has liver issues and so for easy feeding, she and her sister both eat vegetarian. They both love the taste and finish it every time. I’ve just reordered another 3 bags.
